Ajax Festival of the Arts June 2nd & 3rd, 2010 Visit the ACA Club and see artists in their element.....  you will see artists painting in all media as they do on a weekly basis at the club throughout the year.  We have been painting together  in Ajax for over 40 years... and still have founding members coming out every week for a friendly cuppa and an afternoon of painting.

Membership Annual membership fee is $ 80.00 and our year starts in September and runs til end of August Membership fees enable you to paint and network with other local artists three times a week,  access to an art book and video library, bi-monthly newsletter "Creative Chatter", use of matting and framing equipment, impronptu demos, access to club week-end workshops and programs at a very reasonable price, a .50 cent bottomless cup of tea or coffee, not to mention the new friends you will meet.

Ajax Creative Arts  has been part of the community since 1966.  Starting as a group of friends that met at each others house and evolved to a thriving art club with over 100 members. We are a group dedicated to the promotion of visual art within our community and the encouragement of our fellow members. We are a unique club that meets three times a week at the Old Courthouse in Pickering Village where we have lunch, paint and interact with each other. We offer a lending library, framing and matting equipment, a cup of tea and a friendly atmosphere. The club hosts two art shows a year, one in the spring and one in the fall at 22 Sherwood Road at Linton, in Pickering Village.
